About us

Inspire Aircraft Services provides services to aircraft manufacturers, aviation suppliers, MROs and international airlines. Since 1998 we are working in the aircraft services. We provide maintenance and repair of cabin interior and aircraft cleaning with high technical skills and project management.

Our goal is to provide highest quality to make flying a true passenger experience.

Your responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the production process and ensuring trouble-free workflows for cabin maintenance and aircraft exterior cleaning at the Hahn Airport site
• Organization and monitoring of proper and professional execution using the specified procedures and compliance with the relevant specifications
• Planning the deployment of employees, taking authorizations into account
• Prioritizing and planning maintenance and cleaning work according to economic and other aspects
• Ensuring that the appearance of the interior and exterior of aircraft meets the highest quality and maintenance standards
• Ensuring the availability of materials and timely procurement of materials to carry out the work
• Ensuring the timely and meaningful documentation of maintenance work (project report)
• Ensuring the proper storage and safekeeping of tools and materials
• Continuous coordination with the Technical Director
• Reporting/coordination with the management

Your profile

• Completed training as an aircraft mechanic or similar
• Many years of professional experience as cabin mechanic
• Sound knowledge of repair procedures for cabin equipment
• Knowledge of EASA Part 145 regulations and the relevant aviation standards
• Structured way of working and a high sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented manner
• Good knowledge of German and English
